Floating Support

Our floating support service is for anyone aged 26 and over, who lives in County Durham and needs housing, health or wellbeing related support. Your Key Worker will be there to help you identify, set and achieve goals, helping you to live independently. Examples of areas of support are:

• Advice and help to maintain your tenancy, and to stay safe in your own home.
• Help you to maximise your income, ensuring you are receiving the correct welfare benefits, or help with budgeting and debt management.
• Support you to access specialist services to manage your physical and mental health or substance misuse issues.
• Help you achieve your life goals and ambitions, whether that be education, training, employment, volunteering or participating in your local community
