We want to inform you of the steps we are taking during the Covid 19 pandemic to ensure that the residents who use our service and our staff are as safe as possible.
We are using Coronavirus guidance and information (from Durham County Council and Public Health England) to guide the way we work and we are making sure that this information is available to our staff and our residents.
We are adapting our services so that support can be delivered in different ways such as using the phone and email to maximise social distancing. We are using the available technology to operate a new, temporary remote working model throughout the pandemic.
Unfortunately we have had to postpone all our group work and planned activities with residents until further notice and our communal rooms have been closed. Rest assured we will reinstate these facilities as soon as it is safe to do so.
We are providing ongoing information and support to our residents regarding Government guidelines.
Visitors will not be allowed into our supported premises following the Governments advice on social distancing unless there is an emergency or property compliance issue to deal with such as an emergency repair.
We will continue to take referrals and offer as much support as practicable to our residents in these unprecedented circumstances.
