Orion

Orion is our Dispersed Accommodation for single men and women with medium to high-level support needs.

Accommodation in Orion consists of 2 and 3 bedroomed shared houses. You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area with one or two other people. All houses are fully furnished and come with white goods and essentials such as crockery, cutlery, pans, utensils, and bedding etc.

Support is provided in a caring and safe environment. Staff are here to offer support and guidance around accommodation, daily living skills, budgeting, maintaining a tenancy, signposting to other support services and to empower residents to overcome life controlling barriers to independent living.

When you move in, you will be allocated a named Key Worker who is available Monday to Friday. They will work with you, providing tailored one-to-one support including:

• Listening to your views, help you set goals and support you on our journey to achieve them.
• Discussing options and choices around your future accommodation and work with you and external agencies to help you move on positively into your own home.
• Advocating on your behalf when you need it.
• Treating you fairly and respecting you and your choices.
